Due to the nature of electronics and their sensitivity to how they are treated your headset is only warrantied for 30 days against manufacturing malfunction.  This warranty will extend that for 2 years past your purchase date.  Warranty is not insurance and DOES NOT protect against physical damage.  You are responsible for returning your damaged unit and it will replace your headset with either an identical or current model based on availability.
